Shipping Policy

At The Magnet Bar, we take care in creating and delivering your order. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All magnets are made to order. Orders are usually made within 1-3 days, please allow 3–9 business days for shipping.

Processing times may vary during peak periods or for bulk and event orders.


Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $12.00 CAD

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Local Pickup (Niagara Region)

Local pickup is available for customers in the Niagara Region.

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready

  • Pickup instructions will be provided at that time

Please do not arrive for pickup until you’ve received confirmation that your order is ready.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. The Magnet Bar is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

The Magnet Bar is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen. If this occurs, we are happy to provide tracking information to assist you in contacting the carrier.
