At The Magnet Bar, every magnet is made with care — and often made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom or personalized magnets.
That said, your satisfaction truly matters to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you on the best solution, which may include a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Magnet Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this happens, we’re happy to provide tracking details so you can follow up directly with the carrier where applicable.
